"This recall item came in during the COVID-19 quarantine. The dealership was able to fit me in for an appointment within a week of receiving the notice. When arriving at the dealership all the technicians were wearing appropriate PPE. They arranged for me to have a cleaned courtesy vehicle while my vehicle was being worked on. I was updated via text of the progress of my repairs and given a call when everything was completed.
Ok, when I said the technician smiled I am guessing on that. She was wearing a mask, appropriate PPE for the quarantine, at the time. Her cheeks did seem rounded though."
